richmond. police say that the air conditioning was running in the car. it was very hot day. federal judge is expected to rule on whether sports betting can start now, in new jersey. yesterday in trenton, the u.s. district court judge said he plans to issue a decision today before the big games on the saturday and sunday. but that of course can be a appealed to a higher court. new jersey officials hope sports betting will help the state's struggling horse tracks and casinos, but professional sports leagues including the nfl, the nba and mlb want to keep the ban in place. family, friend, fellow fire fighters will gather to say good bye to a fallen cinnaminson fire fighter. lieutenant chris hunter died saturday following his shift, according to reports the fallen fire fighter was found unresponsive in his house. cause of his death is under

this is just keeps getting me more sex assault allegations against legendary comic bill cosby. >> now, a florida woman is now accusing bill cosby of attacking her in 1976. she is the fourth woman to come forward in recent weeks but overall it is about, she would make the 14th accuser. meanwhile former prosecutor who declined to bring charges in the case against bill cosby nearly a decade ago is now talking about what might have have been. more than a dozen women have publicly accused bill cosby, first formal claim came in 2005 in montgomery county but the claim was made a year after the alleged assault, took place and the former district attorney, bruce cast ton, long delay in reporting made it impossible to gather physical evident but he recalls his detectives interviewed bill cosby about the allegations back in 2005. >> i thought it was evasive.

before we look to today lets look a head to sunday, the eagles at home a fence the titans and we will be on a bit of a warming trend by then. 53 degrees, at game time, and maybe tailgating beforehand. it will be chillier for that. in the this chilly. it is 29 in philadelphia, 18 in mount pocono. twenty's just about every where else. thirty's in south jersey. you factor in the wind and this is what it feels like we still have wind chills in the teens. sun up for a couple hours now and it is still cold out there

we have ward of an overturn truck on the pennsylvania turnpike. here's what i found out here's it is eastbound on the pennsylvania turn turnpike off ramp to will other grove. anyone who uses that off ramp you know that sharp curve when you go to get in the toll plaza a it is right there blocking that off ramp. in word if there are any injuries. i'm not sure how much of a mess this is are ongoing to be but i'm telling you heading eastbound to the turnpike that off ramp to willow grove sits an overturn truck this weekend is the big one philly marathon and tomorrow is 8k run and we have kids fun run. sunday is big show. marathon and the half mar then and of course that will just take over not just the the art museum area but entire city. actual route takes you from the art museum area over to the university city, comes back into center city, up and through manayunk and back on the kelly drive and back in the the art museum circle. september bus routes will be detoured throughout the day.
